Guys often go out to the bars thinking that they can get any girl they want. They have all the confidence in the world, especially after a few drinks. But here’s the thing, you actually can’t have any girl you want because women aren’t objects.
I’m Not An Object
I am a human being with feelings and emotions. I’m not something that you can just take home whenever you want, whenever you need some action. I won’t be at your every beck and call. You can try and charm your way into my life (or into my pants) all you want, but it will only get you so far. I see right through your little act. So drop it.
I May Be Drunk But I’m Not Stupid
I might be dancing crazy and being confident once I’ve had a few, but I’m not helpless and I’m not stupid. I know what you are trying to do. Stop thinking about yourself and try thinking about others and just having fun for a change (in a nonsexual way). Respect the strangers around you, make new friends and flirt with the person you’ve had your eye on all night, but do it with good intentions.
Why can’t we just dance and let it be just that? Let’s listen to the music, sway our bodies to the beat and forget about our problems for a night.
I Actually Have Self Respect
I know who I am and I know what I want. I respect myself enough not to handle your crap or play your stupid game. If you disrespect me, I will walk in the other direction. I will ignore you or do whatever I have to do so we do not have to associate. All women deserve respect. I will not tolerate being used for any reason whatsoever, especially if you are just trying to take me home.
I might look like I’m out to find a guy or to find someone to sleep with, but you’re wrong. Put your assumptions away and get to know me as a person. If you want me in your life, you better have good intentions, intentions to keep me in your life. If you think I’m cute and want to talk to me, talk to me, flirt with me, but do it with good intentions. I am tired of fake friendships and two faced people. I will not play that game anymore.
I’m Here To Have Fun
I am a girl. I like cute outfits and makeup and music and dancing. Dancing is a part of who I am, it is in my blood and I can’t help that. I’ve been a dancer for years and it is a big part of my life, so if I have a chance to dance, I’ll take it. I am just here to have a good time with my girlfriends and to let loose and have fun. I’m here to forget my problems and responsibilities and to live in the moment. Whether I remember it or not, I’m here to have fun.
If you can’t respect that and cant respect me enough to keep it in your pants, then boy bye. Your girl is not a party favor, heck, I’m not even your girl.
I think I speak for the majority of the female population when I say, if you see me having fun and you have bad intentions, do yourself a favor and walk away.
I may bring the party, but I am not a party favor.
